Jack got it done!! I had been turned down for financing at a different dealership two weeks before so when I drove in to Dupage Chrystler on October 1st to look at a car I had been turned down for financing at a different dealership two weeks before so when I drove in to Dupage Chrystler on October 1st to look at a cargo van they had on the lot I did not have high expectations. I spoke to Jack about what i was looking for, about my new business and why I needed the van as well as my past car buying experience and my credit score. Jack was genuinely interested in my business and actually checked out my website as we spoke. I told him that I did not think he could make the deal happen due to my credit score. Jack said "don't worry...its happening...we're gonna get you that van." He got up and went to work on it. Less than 20 minutes later he came back in his office and said your all set, go ring the bell you just got a new cargo van! He made the deal, got me financed and into the van i needed for my business. Thanks Jack and Donny in finance for doing what I thought couldn't be done. You guys knocked it outta the park! Great Customer Service My wife and I bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Joe Segreti and Sam Dulaney back in 2017. We were looking at new 2017 Dodge Durango R/ My wife and I bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Joe Segreti and Sam Dulaney back in 2017. We were looking at new 2017 Dodge Durango R/T's, but after some discussion and numbers we decided this vehicle was out of our budget. My wife's second choice in vehicle was a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We really liked the new vehicle, and as we began working on the deal, Joe found us a GC Limited which just came off a one year lease with LOW miles. He was able to work us a better deal on the one year old vehicle, and it had ALL of the options and color we wanted. Joe has always gone out of his way for us, and we really consider him a good friend. We are currently working with Joe on a replacement for our 2016 Ram on which the lease is coming to an end. We haven't found the right vehicle and deal as of yet...but we keep trying! More
