Come from out if state to purchase a used Challenger. Jalen was very helpful and answered all of my questions snd sent me additional photos. Another bait and switch experience. Talked with Angela and she said they had the car I wanted. It was deeply discounted which made me suspicious but I went to the dealership anyway (a Talked with Angela and she said they had the car I wanted. It was deeply discounted which made me suspicious but I went to the dealership anyway (after they called me to confirm that I was coming and that they had the car). Mysteriously when I got there they could not seem to find the car. After looking for 20 minutes Austin told me that someone was actually buying it at the dodge dealership next door. Total lie to fetus to the dealership. There was no one around. Do not support this dealership. False advertising and bait and switch!! More

Buyer beware: bait and switch dealer, drive 2 hrs and car I had appointment to see not there- they never transferred it but made sure I was coming. Then they say they will get car and get to me but the price I had appointment to see not there- they never transferred it but made sure I was coming. Then they say they will get car and get to me but the price has all these add one. Advertised price is a lie. They say that’s Cars.com not them btw. I went to another CDJR and same experience. Disgusting. Get financing up front and go to buy off lot or forget it. More

If I could rate it zero I would service department is subpar and if they can't fix right away they have loaners and with a partnership with hertz if it's not a cdjr you can't get a rental will never use subpar and if they can't fix right away they have loaners and with a partnership with hertz if it's not a cdjr you can't get a rental will never use that dealership again because I will kill myself before going there also walked home over 2 and half miles.it is B.S.
