The WORST The worst! So bad it was actually comical. I would leave negative stars if I could. The sales man actually told us to do a voluntary surrender to the The worst! The sales man actually told us to do a voluntary surrender to the bank for our trade in because they weren't willing to give us enough for it. What kind of advice is this for someone in the financial industry?!. He claims if you turn in your car back to the bank that legally they can not come after you for anything pertaining to the car. He also said if I buy a car from them and then voluntarily surrender my car that it would have no impact on my credit because its a "wash". He must think I'm an idiot!! And shame on him for telling this to people and all because he "hasn't had a paycheck in a month because its been too slow around there" (words right from his mouth). These people are bloodsucking liars!! I don't even know how its legal for them to do business like this. Also, I was attempting to trade in my 2017 Jeep Patriot 75th Anniversary edition with 20,000 miles on it in mint condition and he offered me $10,000 and said they have 3 of these on the lot right now for that price. Lies, I looked online and there are ZERO on the lot. This place is a joke and a huge waste of time. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that he also offered to smoke a joint with my husband and I in the parking lot because he had a "nice bag of mimosa weed in his car". I'm not uptight about weed but I'm pretty sure my car salesman shouldn't be offering to toke up with me on the clock. HUGE JOKE OF A BUSINESS! More

The experience started off bad and kept getting worse. They lied about the price and kept adding lies as we challenged their false statements.. Everyone we dealt with, with the exception of a woman in the service department (oh you’re wondering why we would need service on a brand new Jeep? Me too! How about there was a cigarette burn on the front passenger seat. Neither my husband or I smoke!) Side note: Do not purchase a car at night. Although we didn’t get there when it was dark outside by the time we finished going back and forth with the sales department it was very late that evening. I wrote the sales person and called many times with no reply. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More
