Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer! We purchased a vehicle from DuPage Jeep. We would of returned it but my son loved the vehicle. They only wanted to talk about payments, not the actual price of the vehicle. BE VERY CAREFUL with that! We went to go over everything with the finance guy (Do not trust Donnie!) They throw in all types of add on charges. We put $5000 down and only $1000 actually came off the price. I was planning on getting my financing from my bank. Donnie told me that he would rip up the paperwork if I brought in a check. The next morning I texted Donnie that my husband would bring in the check on Monday (We got the car Friday night) since my banker was off on Saturday. He texted me back that it was already submitted. This was Saturday morning so he flat out lied to us. I got a call from Luis the salesman that sold us the vehicle. He was very nice and a really good salesman but they couldn’t really change anything regarding what happened or with the rip off of the extra costs. I e-mailed back and forth with one of the customer service guys and he basically said that I can go there are they would go over the numbers. It was like he thought I was stupid. I know numbers and it wouldn’t change that they added all this extra junk. Also certifying a vehicle is the new name for an extended warranty even though they will tell you otherwise. We almost bought a truck that night as well and I am so glad we didn’t. Take your money elsewhere! More

He was very patient he understood my needs and was very informative. He knew the Ram inside and out.For once in my life i felt good about buying a vehicle instead of feeling pressured into buying. I never met so many nice and polite people in one place. They were like a big family. Incentives were great my trade in worked well.
