I bought a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Dupage (AS IS). Let's face it, you do the best negotiating you can but in the end the dealer will have their way with you. That's not what this review is about. It Let's face it, you do the best negotiating you can but in the end the dealer will have their way with you. That's not what this review is about. It's about being treated well after the deal was done. I think this dealership is good. I had a problem of a spare tire that was the wrong size as the four vehicle tires. This is a potentially dangerous situation if the larger tire were used on the road with smaller tires. Instability at highway speed and drive line failure is a possibility. I thought the dealership purposely hid the item from buyers by using a spare tire cover. After going back to the dealer with the confidence that they would say you're SOL due to the AS IS. They explained the four wheels and tires were changed because the Jeep came in with mud tires and after market wheels. They could not sell it that way. It was not their intent to hid the item, they just did not think to look. BS or not, it sound correct. The dealership replace the oversize tire and a new wheel at that moment. They saw the problem and resolved it. Bottom line and my opinion so far, great dealership, especially after the sale. They'll make it right . We'll see how things go down the line. More
