When I contacted the service deptat Chrysler Jeep of DuPage because my Jeep Cherokee stalled twice on way to work..Cheri troubleshooted what the problem might be based on my description of issue and eng DuPage because my Jeep Cherokee stalled twice on way to work..Cheri troubleshooted what the problem might be based on my description of issue and engine and other lights on in car (could be low oil), she went above and beyond to help me by sending a courtesy car to my work and to pick up my car and return to dealership for service ( it was low oil! Mo checked & added oil when he picked up my car ). The service was completed quickly and they returned my car to my home next morning!
