DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I can not stress this enough. This dealership makes a living off of shady business practices. We dealt with TIM! A salesman who loves to promote himself by challenging enough. This dealership makes a living off of shady business practices. We dealt with TIM! A salesman who loves to promote himself by challenging customers to check out his reviews on yelp. “You won’t find one bad review written about me” is what my wife and I were told. Truth be told... this dealership floods any and all reviews with positive feedback themselves. Let me clarify... any and all positive feedback you read about this dealership was submitted by salesman like TIM, by management, or by some other shady employee working here. TIM gave us a sales price, and then when all was said and done managed to manipulate the cost with hidden fees. TIM ensured my wife certain add ons would be FREE! Free tires, free environmental paint protection etc. After signing on the dotted line my wife realized what had happened, and honestly... to no fault of her own. Anyone would have been ripped off on this transaction because this dealership conveniently hid and held back paperwork clarifying all the additional charges they had tacked on. I thought we were beyond this. It’s 2020, and the stereotype of car dealerships looking to exploit and take advantage of women is still very much alive and THRIVING at DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM located at 433 E North Ave., Glendale Heights Illinois 60139. As pathetic and sad as it is I highly recommend accompanying your wife, girlfriend, daughter, sister, mom etc. with multiple people if you hear they are visiting this dealership. There’s power in numbers when dealing with dealerships like this. If they go on there own... I assure you... they will be targeted by salesman like TIM, and they will look to rip them off anyway that they can. It’s honestly horrible that xxxxxxxx like this need to make a living robbing people blind by unlawfully manipulating paperwork and numbers so that the buyers are never truly aware of what’s waiting for them at the end. A couple other names we had the displeasure of working with and being lied to here were SAM and JEFF. Here’s the kicker... This environmental paint protection that was allegedly applied to the sales price... WAS NEVER EVEN PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!! THEY NEVER EVEN PUT IT ON THE CAR!!! They worked in an additional 5K on the sales price, AND NEVER EVEN PROVIDED THIS SERVICE! They took the money they hid, and never even applied the service! Complete xxxxxxxx at this place. If they think they’ve successfully swindled another good honest customer they’re sorely mistaken! You see... these types of business practices are AGAINST THE LAW! There are laws put in place to protect good honest people against xxxxxxxx like TIM, SAM, JEFF etc. and this is really only the beginning. Lawyers have been contacted, and paperwork will be finalized. DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM will be put on notice, and this will be pursued to the full extent of the law. More
