Very clear why they have such a bad rating. I found out today when I tried to trade in a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased 11 months ago BRAND NEW that it was in an accident BEFORE I purchased it. The carfax report showed the car had a repair at a body shop not by the dealer. The car was a demo, I knew that but I did not know there was a police report and a repair that was reported to carfax. Now I have a car that has diminished value due to a blemish on the carfax repot. UNBELIEVABLE way to do business. More
