Satisfied with everything except for checking fluid levels. Two days after service we took a trip to see family in Tennessee. Our trip back was terrible since we had no heat in the car. This Dealership, especially the service department, are should be avoided if you want to be treated as a valued customer. This dealership does not deserve the reviews they have gotten, as their practices s should be avoided if you want to be treated as a valued customer. This dealership does not deserve the reviews they have gotten, as their practices show they do not care about the customer. I had items (2 sunglasses worth combined $350) recently stolen from the vehicle, that I can validate that they were in the vehicle prior to service and the service department (Mike - Service Director, Bob Utterback - Service Staff, and the Service Manager) did not follow-up with my concern. I had to call 5x over 3 weeks to get an actual response. Additionally, as they service their vehicle they provide no customer service to follow-ups. All they want is to make money off of your service repairs. Because of this, you should take your vehicle and your value as a customer to another Dealership (at a minimum for service repairs). I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership and may not purchase another Jeep due to what I experienced. More
