My tire indicator alerted to a tire fail on my way to work. The dealership was right around the corner. I parked outside service, walked in, and when Ray saw me, he asked how my day was, I told him bad a work. The dealership was right around the corner. Explaining how fast it happened and that I drove there and prayed my rim was ok. He said there was a delay in service but he got a porter to take me home so I could go to work. At work he called me to let me know the tire needed to be replaced, but the rim was fine. I authorized the service and let him know I would pick it up the following day. He called me again when it was complete and that he was having my car washed as he knows I love my car! More
