Terrible experience again, salesman Matt is a snake and does not give an honest answer. I first had experience wit him a few years ago when I purchasing a Durango. The listed internet prices were different from when I actually went in to inquire about the Durango. He gave me some xx answer on internet prices. Then he also tried hosing me on my trade in. So, I went to Jack Phelan Dodge and purchased the same exact Durango. Phelan kept their word on their internet price and I was even able to get more money off and they worked with me on trade in. So yesterday, I went back to DuPage since they had a Ram in stock I was interested in. And of course Matt comes walking out right away, and he did not remember me from the first time. I asked about the two Rams that were parked next to each other and right he says someone is in the process of buying one. I asked him which one and he could not give me an answer. We eventually got to test drive the Ram I was interested in. Again, I asked him about the internet price and he says no, the correct price is what is listed on the sticker. He was not willing to work me on a price for the Ram. I then ask him what the going finance rate was and he could not provide me an answer. He then goes on and tells me what he had to do so he could purchase a car for his wife. I don't care about your wife and what you had to do. I'm here to purchase a vehicle from you and you are giving me the run around like I am a young and inexperienced buyer. Also, when we first pulled, my wife and I were in our Challenger that we would trade it to purchase the Ram, and right away he tells us they have several in the back. So, right away that tells me he is not willing to work us and make a sale. I would not recommend purchasing a car from here, they will try and screw you. More

Source for credit by yourself and elsewhere. imagine them giving me a credit line at 13.8% just because my recent credit activities were yet to reflect on my credit score and meanwhile i just got another car for my wife four weeks before at 8.6% interest rate. i feel so robbed and cheated. second, if you ever choose to get a car from them, ensure that the price breakdown is properly spelt out to you, they are in the habit of displaying a certain selling price only for them to start adding cost of repairs at the point of sale, that's fraud if you ask me. whatever price is displayed on whatever platform of advert should be the same price you pay when you visit the showroom. I am sitting right now on the floor of the service center area stranded bc this dealership has miscommunication issues. I was told by Mike that we would get a loaner car, that they would cover, for not compl area stranded bc this dealership has miscommunication issues. I was told by Mike that we would get a loaner car, that they would cover, for not completing the $2200 service I came for not to mention the other services mix-diagnosed or under-diagnosed. To make this post as clear and not confusing as the whole story is dreadful, I am stranded with no money to pay the extra days to weeks for the loaner car that I come to find out is only a loaner for one day. If this were the case known earlier, I would have scheduled this for a day that works when they have free loaner cars avail (they have that option on less busier days). That means more expenses for the service that was not complete! Warning - do not use their service center. A lot of mis communication will happen and it will cause you $2200 plus weeks of a loaner car daily rental fee. More
