I narrowed my search down to my vehicle of choice and decided to submit a few applications to a few dealerships to compare options and vehicles and get the best deal. Let me tell you, the service at Day Apollo was so good I didn't care about the best deal anymore. Samantha Newell with Day Apollo was the first dealer to respond, and she was fast and friendly and supplied me with all the details of my finance application without my needing to request them. The dealings were clear and transparent, swift and courteous all at once. My dealings with Kenny Ross were not. Their initial reach out was friendly enough but their finance man was pushy and tried to rush a dealing and I was not given the details of their finance options even after they were requested. Their method was all about getting me in to a vehicle and details that might scare me off be damned. I was a bit nervous when Samantha referred me to Joe Birmingham when it came time for the test drive. There was no need. Joe is funny and courteous and quick to put me at ease. He didn't rush me through circling the lot to get used to the car prior to taking it into traffic. I brought my brother who drove me in and Joe didn't ignore him, or cut me out in favor of a male opinion. He understood that I am the buyer and it was my opinion that mattered without trying to lure my family into forcing a decision on me. He didn't balk when I of course tried to work out a better deal and was happy to let me talk options with finance. At no point did I feel as though my arm was being twisted. Buying a car from Samantha and Joe and from Day Apollo was a real pleasure, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Much thanks Samantha and Joe!! More
