It was very pleasant for Lexie to give me a bottle of water when I came inside from the blistering heat. Toby is a jolly fellow and I would work with him again anytime. Corrine is very sweet to tal water when I came inside from the blistering heat. Toby is a jolly fellow and I would work with him again anytime. Corrine is very sweet to talk to, and very knowledgable too! Steve made the finance go through lickity split. Funny thing, I personally deal with West-Aircomm and they would not even entertain financing me under 5.99%. Coincidentally, my financing with Day Apollo came through West-Aircomm and Steve got me an interest rate of 3.59%!!! AWESOME!! Lucas is extremely easy to talk to, he understands a customer's needs and exceeds expectations in delivering them. Lucas is by far the best salesman (manager) I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him to anyone. The team at Day Apollo is second to none in my opinion. I love the product, I love the quality, I love the service. Hats off to the guys and gals at Day Apollo. More

We had a great experience in purchasing our new Subaru from Day Apollo and with Rik in particular. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all of the questions we had and obviously kne from Day Apollo and with Rik in particular. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all of the questions we had and obviously knew his products very well. I told Rik what I was looking for and he located it quickly. he called to tell me he had found a vehicle. I told him to hold off on sending a driver to pick it up since we hadn't yet decided on new vs. used but he went ahead and got the one we wanted and held it for us. He actually didn't tell us that he had the car and when we finally made our decision to buy new he told us the one we wanted was waiting there for us! Very satisfied with Rik in particualr and the dealership overall. More
I just purchased my 2nd Subaru Forrester from Day Apollo. I dealt with Matt Tate the first time and it was the best car buying experience I ever had so I was happy to be able to work with him again. Matt wa I dealt with Matt Tate the first time and it was the best car buying experience I ever had so I was happy to be able to work with him again. Matt was not pushy at all and they were able to give me a very fair price on my trade. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle free auto buying experience. More

Jim has always done great by me for service even on my very first Subaru which was purchased at another dealership. More

I really liked working with Matt Tate. The second I approached the lot and inquired about a used Routan or Outback he was friendly, kept in contact with me without being pushy and found me the perfect approached the lot and inquired about a used Routan or Outback he was friendly, kept in contact with me without being pushy and found me the perfect car for me. After debating the merits of those two models I ultimately decided I really wanted a used Routan. Despite the fact that Matt is a Subaru guru he went out of his way and gave me first dibs at the 2011 courtesy van they were "retiring". I felt like I got a fair deal and would work with Matt again. He came in on his day off to close the deal since that was the only day that worked with my schedule. The sales manager never introduced himself to me, so I really can't rate him as friendly. The other associates didn't acknowledge me with a smile or eye contact, but it wasn't their commission, so I guess I can't fault them. The financing took an extremely long time - close to 3 hours. Initially there was a SS# error, but even with that delay I think the time was excessive. I did have my 2 & 3 year old children with me which added to the stress and inconvenience of the delay. I wish their waiting area was more child friendly. After the paperwork was finally complete and I was home I realized there wasn't a car manual included. Since Matt wasn't trained on the Routan I really needed that to explain the car features. (Although I still can't figure out how to connect my iphone to the bluetooth.) After I called Matt promptly arranged to have it shipped directly to my house. I love my car, liked working with Matt, but won't be returning to the dealership for any service needs. I wish there was a maybe option for answering the would you recommend the dealership. If you don't have children that have to be with you during the sales process and are working with Matt I absolutely recommend it. If you have children, then I have to say there are much, much friendlier dealerships. Because of the friendliness of the Rich and the sales manager at West Liberty Subaru I will be taking my car there for regular maintenance. Should my Routan require a warranty related service I will go to either the McMurray or Dormont VW dealership. More
I have dealt at Day Apollo for many years and find them to be #1 in professional and friendly service and sales. Toby Seger in sales has been our sales person for several Subaru's and he is by far a top notch sales person and just a great person. His friendly, knowledgable way makes buying the car as good of an experience as you can expect. He is the consumate car salesperson. Roberto Campagna in service is also a person I enjoy dealing with. He goes the extra mile and never says it can't be done. A very friendly, people person who is also in the right job. I find everyone at this dealer to be friendly and very helpful. More
I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback used from another dealership. Day Apollo is the closest dealership to where I work and I had visited there to look at cars before I purchased my vehicle. The sales p dealership. Day Apollo is the closest dealership to where I work and I had visited there to look at cars before I purchased my vehicle. The sales people were all very nice, helpful and low key. After I bought my car, I found out that a piece for the cupholder between the front seats was missing. My husband ordered it through Day Apollo. We waited for approximately two weeks for the part to arrive. My husband called the dealership repeatedly and finally they said it was there. I went to pick it up. It came in a plastic bag, unassembled. I asked the cashier if there was someone who could put it together and put it in my car. She asked Tony if he could help. Half an hour later, I noticed he was back in his office. I asked if the piece had been installed and he said, no, that someone was working on it. After another 15 minutes, I asked again and was told they had pulled my car into the service bay so they could try and install it. After an hour, I asked again and was told they were almost done. I finally had a small divider installed after over an hour. While we were waiting for this part to come in, a cover for the back windowscreen wiper came off and we ordered a new one. Again, after two weeks, my husband called to find out if it had come in and he was told that it had. I went to pick it up (having no intention of having anyone install it this time)and the very nice young man who was working in the parts department asked if I wanted him to put it on the car for me while I paid for it. I told him I would appreciate that and paid, went outside and he was looking at my front windshield, looking puzzled. The part did not fit my car. He has to get my VIN number and call Subaru to get the part shipped in. He was very courteous and apologetic but these two experiences have left me with very little confidence in the dealership's service department. More
