I had very limited time to search for a car to replace mine so was very impressed that Mike Weber had the car I was interested in out front and ready to roll when I finally arrived at the dealership. We test drove that pretty used one but I ended up buying a brand new one. Imagine my surprise when Mike reiterated everything I had said I was looking for in a vehicle and went out of his way to find it for me. He couldn't find the color and model I wanted with fog lights so he just had them put them on the car I liked. Mike even went into work early to give me a ride from the rental agency to the dealership to pick my beautiful new Impreza up. He definitely went above and beyond in my book. Thanks Mike! More

Lesson learned, this is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and found I should have gone over it like it was used. Lot attendants obviously scratch the heck out of them somehow. Scratches in mirrors, gouges in interior trim, major clear coat scratches, etc. Detailer tried to buff them out for me, which seemed nice, until I found buffer burns on door handles and the front bumper. Sales team was great, unfortunately the after sales service was horrible. To top it off, when you don't like the work they are doing, the service manager (JUSTIN) doesn't even have the decency to return your phone calls...pathetic. Even though they have a good sales staff, I will never step foot on that property again. PS, Boardman Subaru is far cheaper on accessories and installation...by $100 +. Somebody other than myself will be getting ripped off in the future...just saying. More

I have always purchased used cars. I have not owned a brand new one in probably 30 years. My son has always owned a Subaru and suggested i buy one. I explained that i wanted a 2014 Forester and he was extremely helpful. We decided what i wanted on it and color and Toby brought one up to test drive. I fell in love with it. As i was driving Toby explained everything there was to know about a subaru. Pointed out how you can take the bends without slowing down. The smoothness of the ride. Day apollo catered to their customers. they care about the customer. I would continue going back to Day and especially Toby he is a pleasure to deal with. He is so knowledgeable on the subaru's. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I will never go back. The car broke down the first week and they wouldn't even tow it to the dealership. The wife and I went to Day Apollo Subaru because we had purchased our last 3 subaru's there. We wanted a white 2014 Forester limited, there was none to be found in the Pittsburgh area. For 4 days Toby & Ji purchased our last 3 subaru's there. We wanted a white 2014 Forester limited, there was none to be found in the Pittsburgh area. For 4 days Toby & Jim, the sales manager searched for our car. Finally after a lot of phone work they found our Forester near Cleveland Ohio.
