I came in with the details of the exact model and specs I wanted in my new vehicle and they made it happen. My sales person, Alex Truman was truly fantastic, personable and professional. In the finance department, Steve was extremely well organized, efficient and personable and made parting with my money much less painful. When I purchased my Subaru Forester, Alex took the time (about 30 minutes) to orient me to all of the functions of my new car, review all my manuals and answer any other questions that I had. Then, in one week, Alex called to follow up to ensure we were doing well with our new Forester and if we had any new questions. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere and the sales experience. When I buy my next car (probably an Outback) I will be happy to return. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and if you go, ask for Alex, he was great! More
