We dealt with Rik Donaldson, and he truly went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience a positive one. Rik was very accessible, personable, and courteous and gave you none of that "pushy car saleseman" routine that we find to be very off putting. He helped us to pick the right car for our budget. The paperwork/financing process was very efficient and the staff went out of their way to work around our family's hectic schedule. The car itself is perfect! Smooth ride, nice handle, looks SHARP, tons of space for my wife, our two children, and myself, and has all sorts of fun toys inside. Marty was extremely nice, patient, knowledgeable about his product line, professional and a real pleasure to work with. Many car dealerships are high pressure, but this was not the case here. I felt very comfortable while purchasing my new car and feel that I chose the right dealership. While I was waiting for my car's dealer prep to be completed I had the pleasure of speaking with Steve and Kate from finance, James and Rik other salesman, Dale from the Parts Department for accessories and even the lot attendants.
