We were very comfortable with our salesperson, Marty Mariani, and felt that his knowledge and easy manner made the whole experience a positive one. We had so many questions, and Marty answered them all to our satisfaction. By the time we left, we were pretty confident that the Forrester would meet our needs. We did have some questions over the next several days, and Marty responded to our voice messages in a very timely manner. When we picked the car up, the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient; from Steve in the Finance office to Erik, the Sales Manager. We felt that we mattered to the whole team, and will highly recommend that others come to Day Apollo. Thanks to everyone for a job well done! More

This is my fourth Subaru Outback, so I knew what I was looking for as far as a car was concerned. Pertaining to the dealership, I wanted a fair sales process, good service, and a dealership that would accommodate customers and make the service/maintenance process easy. Day Apollo has provided all of those features. My salesperson, James Hebert, was helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of all of my questions/concerns. Everyone on the staff at Day was helpful and friendly. The entire car buying process was a pleasure and I would recommend Day Apollo Subaru to anyone wanting a superb car buying experience. More
Forrester - My Choice I didn't know whether to finish out the lease on my 2014 Forrester or if I had the option to lease a newer model. Talked to Marty Mariani, he told me I didn't know whether to finish out the lease on my 2014 Forrester or if I had the option to lease a newer model. Talked to Marty Mariani, he told me to stop in and they would determine if short terming the lease would be an option. I came in just before 3 on a Tuesday and left a 6 with a new 2015 Forrester. Marty was well informed about the new car, he was patient with me answering my questions and going out of his way to offer me all the payment options available to me. He is very easy to talk to and seems to have a genuine interest in me and my car needs. He is an excellent representative for the Day Dealership and the Subaru brand, he's a keeper. Patty Kokel More

The next weekend we went back to purchase it and worked with Cleat Winschell, who we felt was honest, sincere, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly that afternoon so I needed to cancel that purchase. When I felt I was able to purchase a new vehicle, I went back to Cleat. He was wonderful to work with and my sons were as impressed with him as my husband and I were. I ended up with the Forester my husband and I decided upon previously and love it. Everyone was great to work with and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. When you go back they remember you and it is like visiting family. More

Certified Pre-owned Outback I researched for days before I contacted your dealership, and it was worth it. I started looking at new Outbacks, but being on a fixed income, I didn I researched for days before I contacted your dealership, and it was worth it. I started looking at new Outbacks, but being on a fixed income, I didn't want to stretch my budget. When I looked at the certified 2010 Outback, it looked brand new! There wasn't a single scratch on it, which indicated that the dealership's detailing is excellent! Having a 2007 Outback is what deeply influenced my decision. Ric Donaldson, the salesman, was on the same level as I was, and he really didn't have to convince me after a test drive. On my way home, I decided to pull the trigger and picked it up 2 days later. As the TV commercials say, Love my Subaru! More

I have to say this dealership has an excellent service department. My wife suggests I consider a Subaru Outback. My sister-in-law and brother-in-law have high praise for their Outback; we have a good friend recently purchase her second Outback and will not consider any other vehicle. I look on line and tag a great looking Subaru Outback with the color and options I am looking for. My first contact is with Marc Zimmerman, Subaru Internet Services. Marc covers the details of the car I tagged and will inform me when the car is delivered to the dealership. When I arrive at the dealership Marc pairs me with Marty Mariani, Sales & Leasing Consultant. Marty reiterates the details of the car Marc initially discussed and goes for the test drive describing the automobiles features and benefits as well as highlighting recent Pittsburgh sporting events. I let Marty know the heated seat option is a “deal maker” or deal breaker”; the heated seats are very comfortable and therapeutic during these cold Pittsburgh winters. Subaru did an awesome job letting me enjoy this option without having to upgrade to the “Grand Banana” model to have the heated seat option. It is great to know I did not have to spend the extra money on the “Grand Banana” model and did not sacrifice quality in the car to do so. Marty introduced me to Francis Tusa, Assistant Service Manager. Francis covered basic tire pressure parameters and routine vehicle maintenance. I am a firm believer “sales will sell you the car but service will bring you back”. Marty really helped me out with my busy schedule by coming by the house and picking up my vehicle for trade. I am looking forward to working with Moon Subaru throughout the life of my new Outback. More
