First, they managed to get me a new 2015 from the factory the week after final orders were taken. Apparently their were a few "allocations" of the XV Crosstrek I wanted still available and they were able to get one. This was important because Subaru made some minor changes to the car for the 2016 model year that I didn't care for and a "dealer trade" was out of the question. A couple of the accessories I wanted were on back order, a known issue when the order was placed, and weren't expected upon delivery. Again the dealership managed to work some magic and got them installed for delivery. This was a very pleasant surprise. Finally I got a great deal on the car, both in price and financing. Factoring both of these in, it's probably the best deal I've ever gotten on a new car. The one little hiccup was communication with my salesman, Jason. At times he was difficult to get a hold of and I ended up speaking with the sales manager, Eric, instead. Having said that, he made up for it in getting those accessories installed for delivery and remembering a few of the other requests I had concerning the car. Overall he did a good job, and I'm a hard customer to please. This is a high volume dealer and I can see why. Despite some communication issues, they really seem to be customer oriented and that's nice to see. I'd recommend them to friends or family anytime. More

Excellent Experience I arrived with a used vehicle in mind. Scott showed me the vehicle I wanted to see and there was no pressure to look at any other vehicles that I was I arrived with a used vehicle in mind. I had a couple concerns with the vehicle while inspecting it and the repairs were promptly scheduled the following morning without any hassle.
