Easy process I had driven my last Outback for 16 years but it was about to require about $2000 worth of repairs. I looked up a couple of reasonable prices and models and took a number to Day. We did the deal that day with no trouble at all. Then Matt helped me understand all the new gadgetry. It's a great car and a good experience. I also have to give a shout-out to Roberto who diagnosed a problem before ever putting the car up on the rack. We put the old one on the rack and found several things wrong so we pulled it back down and started the conversation about a new car. It could have been an opportunity for them to pressure me but courtesy remained the order of the day (pun intended) The staff at Day are definitely service oriented. Thanks all. More

Day Apollo is the BEST dealership in the Tri-State Area If anyone is looking for a Subaru, 1st time buyer or a repeat Suby lover, you really need to visit Day Apollo. I had a lease for an Impreza that was d If anyone is looking for a Subaru, 1st time buyer or a repeat Suby lover, you really need to visit Day Apollo. I had a lease for an Impreza that was due up in 4 months. Emailed, called, and visited numerous Subaru dealers. I had a car lined up, went to one more dealer who had the perfect car for me but could not get the price right. Back to the 1st one and they had sold the car already not even 12 hours later. I went to the dealer I got my Impreza from but they told me....."well today is Saturday and we are really busy on Saturday so we can try to call you back at Noon with a quote but you would be better off to come in during the week". Really???? Sent an email to Day. Steve the internet manager responded in 15 mins. We went back and forth for a few emails, never more than 15-20 mins on replies. Lined up an appointment (which got me 100 dollars off) for that afternoon (on a Saturday mind you, 2 hours before they close). Steve came out to introduce himself and get me with one of their salespersons, Rik. At 6PM (1 hour after they closed) I was driving home my new Subaru Hyper Blue Crosstrek. GO TO DAY ASK FOR RIK From the internet to sales to finances to service, everyone is just incredible. Was my deal very good? Yes of course. But anyone can play the pricing game and end up with 1 dealer going low to get the sale. This is not what Day was doing. They wanted, and now have, my car business for life. 5 others in my family have Subaru's or are buying one this year, I will make them all go to Day. You will NOT find better people at any other dealer, subaru or otherwise. If you just want the best price I would still suggest you give Day Apollo a try. If you want great pricing, service, sales, knowledge, friendliness and NOT feel like you are being scammed then you are full blown fool to go anywhere BUT Day Apollo. More
