His opinion is fact based, and I am appreciative of a sales team that has some research to back opinions/claims/features rather than just bashing competition. I also very much appreciated how the deal was done. I have a newborn, and couldn't spend a lot of time at the dealership. Rik and his team (especially Steve) got me in and out of the dealership in an hour so I could get home, and then spent an hour showing my wife how everything works, and even setup the nav/bluetooth/stereo for her. The best car buying and service experience I've had to date! This dealership was excellent from start to finish. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Subaru Forester or a Dodge Charger RT (hemi). After test driving both, I couldn't make up my mind and they said that's no problem, just think about it and call us if you decide. Didn't try to pressure me into an on the spot price, or make me feel like I wasted their time. After the purchase of my vehicle I had a concern, and the service department was fast, friendly, and easy to work with.
