It is only after the sales price was agreed to by all that a push was made to sell additional products, services, & warrantees. It would be far more agreeable to have the ENTIRE price (including said products, services, & warrantees)negotiated with the salesman PRIOR to discussing vehicle financing with a different individual. It left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, so I will keep this in mind the next time I am in the market for a car. More

"Exact used car I was looking for" I saw the car on the internet at 8:00 PM, called Steve Morton and made an appointment for the next morning. Answered all my questions he could, and found someone [salesperson that took it in on trade, the service person that checked it over and did the state inspection] to answer the rest. Elise contacted me from Internet sales and put me in the right hands. She was respectful and attentive. Tom Maringo, our salesperson, was kind, supportive and informative. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and what I liked best, when he was in doubt, he found the answer instead of trying to sell me. When I was handed off to Steve Huetter, I was shocked. I have never had such a forthright and direct conversation with any finance manager at a dealership. There was no pressure selling. There was a great dialogue and my needs both automotive and financial were addressed. This is my first car purchase from Day Apollo Subaru. THIS WILL NOT BE MY LAST!!!! Thanks! More
