Walter from online answered all my questions before I even showed up and was very patient with me. Sterling from sales spent a good bit of time with me and although he was new to his position, he was very professional and a nice guy. Steve in finance worked hard to get me the best possible interest rate and terms... also he was able to work in an extended warranty.. he also was a terrific guy. The only part of the experience I didn't care for was the appraisal of my trade in.. I went in pretty educated on the value of my car and what they sell for at same condition or worse and felt I probably should have received more. More
