On the morning prior to leaving for a business trip I hit a deer, which shattered the grill but didn't seem to do any other damage. The next afternoon as I was leaving for the airport my check engine light came on and my eyesight was disabled. I called my service advisor Nathan who assured me it was safe to drive the car to the dealership, where they would do a quick assessment and also would make sure I got to the airport on time. End result: Day's shuttle driver took me to the airport while they kept my car, and when I returned they picked me up and returned me to my waiting car which was repaired, clean, and ready to sign off on the insurance claim. This is not my first outstanding experience with the Day service team, as they consistently perform with stellar customer service. Why would I ever go anywhere else when the best is right here! More
