I've come back to these guys for every maintenance and repair needed on my 2014 Forester from Day 1. They use quality parts, do repairs right the first time and the price is always fair. I have never been charged just to take a look at something like the Honda dealership up the street. Though I have not been happy with the quality of my Forester (just seems to be one with more issues than most), Jim and the service area have always come through for me and done their best to make things right. It's a group you can trust. I highly recommend this team. More

Dealer service The service was suppose to be express. The length of time was more than an hour for the same service that I've gotten from "Express places" in half t The service was suppose to be express. The length of time was more than an hour for the same service that I've gotten from "Express places" in half the time and half the price. The real topper was the quote I got for my emissions inspection, $49.95, + tax, that was to accompany the safety inspection I was to get for free being that I bought the car there. I refused both inspections because I normally pay less than $40 including tax for both at my local garage. The emissions part of the 40 was less than $16.00. I too often feel ripped off at most dealerships. Having bought 3 cars there I should expect more respect. It should be noted that my complaints are no reflection on the workers I encountered but on the typical dealership policy. The workers just do what they are told to. More

Even though they didn't have the exact color that I was interested in along with what accessories I really wanted, Tom Debelak was able to locate a vehicle and have it delivered within the next week. I own two Subaru Outbacks, at first I began coming to the Day Apollo service department out of convenience, the shuttle service made it easy to drop off my vehicles, but soon found that the friendly and honest staff provided excellent service at fair and competitive prices. Recently, I stopped in for a routine oil change and explained a problem I was having with one of my Outbacks, Jim recommended some additional testing and found I was in need of a repair that was still under warranty. Had it not been for his thoroughness and knowledge, I most likely would still be driving around with the defect. As long as I'm with Day Apollo, from routine maintenance, to parts and recalls, I know my family is in good hands and safe behind the wheel. More
