A Good Experience at Day Apollo I am a big fan of both your express service for routine service and your set up in which I can drive my car into the building and then register with o I am a big fan of both your express service for routine service and your set up in which I can drive my car into the building and then register with one of the service reps without having to have made an apptment or to hunt for a parking spot and run to get inside if the weather is bad. At my recent visit All went like clockwork. There were no delays, the waiting area is clean and pleasant with tv, good coffee and snacks available, and the rep brought the paper work to me for signing when the job was completed. She explained what work was done, which nicely had ended with a car wash and no problems found. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, helpful but didn't waste time. And while I was waiting, the sales rep who sold me my car 2 years ago, saw and recognized me and came over for a short but friendly chat - which wasn't a sales pitch in disguise. Was a nice touch. More

Our over all experience was excellent and we definitely would referred some friends. Walt Winchell was also very helpful over the internet with details on a purchase. Although I only went in for a oil change, in the back of my head I knew I was also due for my 30,000 mile check up (27,500) and was glad to have this done expertly. It gives me such a sense of confidence with my car, and I’ve never had any time where I wasn’t pleased, or better yet, delighted with my service there at Day Apollo Suburu. They do everything right. Very poor service I bought my Outback at this dealership and I trusted they do a good service job although with much high price than other auto shops. But I was wrong. I bought my Outback at this dealership and I trusted they do a good service job although with much high price than other auto shops. But I was wrong. I came for change oil and tire rotation on March 12. The work quality was extremely bad. 1. Tire rotation: the left side tires didn't change at all. Since my original tires had low mileage although I came here regularly to rotate. My friend told me that sometimes the garage charges you for tire rotation but they don't do the work. SO before I came to the Day Auto this time, I marked the tires purposely. And finally, my friend is right. I find that they don't touch the left side at all. 2. The oil was at 4.02 qt, which is very close to the lowest level of the gauge stick. The previous oil addition is always 6.8 to 7qt (more than 4 times with you). How can this time be reduced to 4 qt? I have to go to a second shop to add oil to the right level. 3. The right front side (close to headlight) got scratched after car washing at this service center. It is fresh new scratch, which I never had before. 4. I showed the technician the tires, scratches. He decided to return 10$ to me. I have all the evidence. I immediately contacted the service director Patrick and told him the whole happening. He couldn't provide a solution so far after almost one month. More
