I would say that the beginning process was easy and fluid. I didn’t like the constant change of delivery dates. Had to miss some time of work just so I could get my car. And it wasn’t on time! Despite the fact that Driveway has had some pretty negative reviews on other sites, my experience was excellent. Kim, Amar, Parker and Cheyenne couldnt have been more professional. Driveway broke with protocol and allowed me to pick up the car myself and pay at the dealership. It was an out of state purchase making it more complicated but it went smoothly. I have no complaints providing my registration is completed on time. I was very happy with their virtual assessment and valuation of my car. I would use this service again. More
