Worst experience of my life, not only did they not secure the vehicle after the numerous hoops they make you jump thru like actually adding the vehicle to your insurance, making a deposit and hard pulling yo the vehicle after the numerous hoops they make you jump thru like actually adding the vehicle to your insurance, making a deposit and hard pulling your credit. They mislead you stating the vehicle is secured thru this process, when really the vehicle can be sold thru the entire process. To make matters worse when they call you to tell you the news they speed talk thru the bad news and try to convince you to settle for random cars non of which match what you actually selected. They keep talking like a run on sentence to not let you comment of the fact that they sold the car to someone else. The icing on the cake is the sales reps don’t even know their car trims, you’d think they would, if they are selling cars for a living… Do your self a favor and don’t shop online with driveway and go to your local dealerships it’s just a waste of time, money and stress. More
