I actually had a terrible experience immediately after. I got the car but the center instrument cluster doesn’t work at all so it doesn’t show any warnings like oil change upcoming, doors being left open, if the car is in the correct gear, if the car you sold me has the mileage you claim it does because none of this works. I went back and looked at the pictures you all uploaded and it didn’t work in the photos either. They also gave me a key fob that doesn’t work. This is after I arrived to them saying my insurance needs to have my name on it, which it does, and then showing me an insurance card that was uploaded for me that belonged to a Hispanic male named Jesus. Not even my information. I reached out to Natavis and Coalton on Friday and neither replied. I then called and got another random person who still after 3 days says the dealership isn’t responding. I am currently still being contacted by the dealership about documents that I sent several times to Natavis to prove income before getting the car and them asking me to contact Westlake. This has been a sloppy transaction. They says 7 days/400 miles to return and I am attempting to do that because to sell me a car without properly disclosing the mileage and just taking your word for it, not being able to see if the car is in gear so being DANGEROUS as I have no idea if I’m in drive, etc without pressing the gas, and not state a major component doesn’t work and immediately who knows how much in repairs is terrible.
