Eric Landers really went above and beyond anything I could expect! I have purchased a total of six vehicles, and three of them have been from Driver's World. I have always had a positive experience from Driver's World, however, I am used to the fact that once the sale is complete, I never hear from the sales person again. This time was different. Not only was Eric on top of everything from the beginning to the end, he still made sure to follow up with me well after the sale was complete to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Being someone in the customer service field myself, I know how important it is to make sure the customer is happy before, during and after the sale...and that is exactly what Eric did. I came into Driver's World with a difficult situation and Eric remained positive and refused to give up until I was able to drive off in a vehicle. He was honest, patient and went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive buying experience! Frank meet me at the door with a very friendly greeting. He made me feel very comfortable.
