Great experience picking out my new car! I was immediately picked up and shown different cars that were in the description I was giving. It was very easy to get along with the two salesmen that were helping me and I did not feel pressured at all. They were genuinely listening to what I needed in a car and were respectful of my price range. I had fears of putting down the money for a car so it took me a couple days to actually buy the car but they were patient and willing to work with my concerns. I can't thank them enough for my new car! I am loving it! More

Decided to get a different vehicle so after picking from 3 other vehicles which were also bad the 4th one was a 2009 Jeep Patriot great condition but needed over 1300 worth of work done. I took it to my mechanic to give it the once over and brought the invoice back with me to show them what work needed to be done and to see what I could get back on my first vehicle. Finance department tried pulling the vehicle depreciation crap I said I have barely had the vehicle for 2 months I said no way give me more back the van I paid 17000 for and I was not about to budge for less than 150000 for the trade in on the van when it was not running right so we did come to an agreement plus they are paying for the repairs to be done, and I am getting money back plus three tank fulls of gas on them. I think I should get more because I was the one doing all the searching on their site for another vehicle to buy I could have just asked for a refund but I was determined to find a vehicle that was in good shape. I would not recommend going to this dealership to purchase a used vehicle. Good rule of thumb is to always get your vehicles checked out by your own mechanic before purchasing it from any used car dealer. Reginald was a big help with getting us information on the repairs to the second vehicle I commend him on his customer service skills. Scott promised to call us and keep us updated which didn't happen as planned I had to call him all the time. The manager was trying his hardest to make us happy but in the long run I feel they still owe me a lot after the inconvenience I was put through for nearly 2 months. I hope they learned a valuable lesson here don't sell cars that have problems with them, if they go through an extensive check before being sold then I would not have had the experience I did. Well come to find out car isn't really even a EX-L as posted its actually an EX which i found out later on a car fax but i guess thats my fault. Ok when i first seen the car on the window it stated 90 day warranty but when i returned to get something checked out i was told i only had 30 days, but OH WAIT i could have checked that on my paperwork but the dealership had 'lost' my paperwork in the mail when i told them that i would pick upi paperwork but that must be my fault as well. I went to the dealership about 4 times just asking for my paperwork and they gave me the same story every time. The accounts manager said i had only 30 days but my actual car salesman told me i had 90 now who do i believe? Now all i have is some photocopied sheets of my paperwork.Now I'm here driving everyday with this annoying tpms light and loud wheel bearing sound. My mother and i both told the dealership that I'm a younger guy on a tight budget and that i couldn't spend money to fix things on my own or take off work when "they" want me to come in when i was suppose to be under warranty. I now have the car up for sale because I'm just so unhappy with how this transaction worked out. I feel like they are just another dealership out for your money and not you.I will be contacting the Department of consumer affairs as well as the better business bureau. I should have just kept my last car. Thanks a lot drivers world. More

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! I had the worst Experienced of a life time with drivers world do not buy a car here they 1st sold me car with a broken back windshield then they sched I had the worst Experienced of a life time with drivers world do not buy a car here they 1st sold me car with a broken back windshield then they scheduled me to come up there to the shop to get it fixed however when I came they informed me that I had to come back for they didn't make the appointment with the company who removed the windshield. 2 weeks later I traveled home to see my family and a car that I only had for 28 days ran hot.I took it to a nearby shop who changed the water pump and also thermostat which I spent over $1,500 for the car to still run hot . They sold me a piece of xxxx. The car I had wasa. BMW I'm still trying to get my car fixed the sale,an informed me which was a xxxx lie that they take all their cars thru an extensive check. They are xxxxin liars! Don't get your car from here ! Please don't go to Carmax instead. More

From my first contact with Ryan Montville via email about an F-150 they had listed on their website, until I drove it off the lot the two days later after buying it with Kyle Bruno, I can't say enough positi an F-150 they had listed on their website, until I drove it off the lot the two days later after buying it with Kyle Bruno, I can't say enough positive things about Driver's World. Their website was easy to navigate and search, with good detail, pictures and CarFax. The prices were competitive and lower than many others online for about the same vehicle. After talking with Ryan about the truck, who had called me the morning after receiving my email, I said I wanted to see some additional pictures of the interior and he mailed me a link within minutes. After confirming I was interested he passed me to Kyle Bruno who handled the details of the sale from there on. I had to drive 3 hours to get to the store on Saturday, and after talking with Kyle about the details on Friday he assured me everything would be ready for the process the next day. When I showed up he had the information on the truck, the price was what we agreed on including dealer fees and out-of-state licensing costs (I'm in the Navy and register my cars in home state of Florida), and he was ready for the test drive. The process was easy, everyone on the staff I met while waiting for the truck to be detailed before I drove it home was friendly and interested in making sure I had what I needed. Kyle even drove to the rental car dealer to give me a ride back after I dropped off my one-way rental, and followed up with a call the next day to check that everything went well. I will unequivocally recommend Drivers World to my family and friends. More
