Found A Car! I had never bought a car from a dealership before and was a little apprehensive to start the process. I had an older car and really needed to find something fast. I ended up going to Drivers World. Not only for me but also my budget, it was the best decision I made. I met with Chris Thompson. Not only did he make the experience really enjoyable but his customer service skills were also on point. It was also nice that every person who worked there, that I interacted with at Driver World, was very personable and would say hello and ask how were we doing. Chris T. really took his time and explained the car buying process. He asked me what I was looking for, the features and remembered that as we were looking at all the cars. Also, it was great that I was able to take my time and never felt rushed anywhere in the decision. Which, made me feel like I was making the best decision about a car. I ended up test driving 2 cars, getting the carfax and looking over stats on the 2 vehicles. It was pretty painless and enjoyable. I ended up leaving with a car and honestly felt pretty confident with my purchase. As I said, I was very apprehensive to start but it felt like I had checked something off my to-do list and was not an agonizing process. Friendly, no hassel negotating prices, got a great deal. I really enjoyed my experience. I came in late after work and was greeted right way. I already had a car in mind before coming in and Everett Banks fo I really enjoyed my experience. I came in late after work and was greeted right way. I already had a car in mind before coming in and Everett Banks found me the car I wanted to test drive immediately. I enjoyed that he did not pressure me into other cars and explained the process of Driver's World prior to driving the vehicle. Once he realized I have a very limited time during the week to look at vehicles, he let me "demo" the car I wanted for an evening to show my husband and to discuss the purchase of the vehicle and to make sure it was a great deal. There is not negotiating of prices like going to other dealerships and they ask you "what is my price to beat." They take the lowest price on the car whether it is the online price or the price in the vehicle on the lot. They also gave me two trade in prices for my previous vehicle "the KBB price and Driver's World price." Driver's world price was $500 more than the KBB value. Everett made my first car buying experience enjoyable, instead of taking me to cars out of the price range I gave him or colors I did not like which other dealerships did. More
