I apologize that you felt that you did not receive the great customer service that we at Driver's Way pride ourselves on giving to our guests. When your plans changed and you were able to come pick up your vehicle early, which I'm happy for you that you were able to, the General Manager of Driver's Way set aside several hours of that day to be able to run across town for you when you arrived. I'm sorry that you did not feel that we were doing everything we could to help you in your situation, but I can assure you that we were as we do value and appreciate your buying from us. The general manager didn’t set aside anything “for me”. The general manager set aside his time for Driver’s Way, because I guess he didn’t trust the process. Everything he did, I could’ve done and was willing to do. My review wasn’t made for a debate. I stated how I was treated and how I felt. It benefits me in no way, to state anything that’s not true or didn’t happen. I have my car, you guys made your sale. The car I purchased is a Christmas gift for my 17 year old daughter. After the Holidays, I’m definitely in the market to purchase another one for myself, it definitely won’t be from Driver’s Way. I partly fault myself for how I allowed myself to be treated, because when I texted Mark to ask a question in an attempt to narrow down my search and he told me to goggle it, that was my sign then to move on. I was just determined not to let anything ruin my daughter surprise. Dawn it’s interesting that you’re the one that responded to my review, because you were the rudest one there, so I’m not surprised that this is your response.
