Driver's Way stand behind there return policy! I bought a car and the headrest bothered my neck. Most new cars have the forward headrest for safety. We had a great 1st time experience with Driver's Way in part because of our wonderful salesman, Anthony H. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured, which is a huge turn-off. One of my favorite things about Driver's Way is that they search about 24 financial institutions finding the best possible interest rate for you, but only run your credit once! Overall, it felt like a very honest experience--unlike dealing with other dealerships in the past. I rated the price as only "good" because I did feel as though we may have been able to get a slightly lower price at another place through haggling. However, I feel as though the non-haggling experience is great and worth the possible extra money. It should be noted that we did get a good deal on our trade-in (above what was quoted on trade-in websites and kelly's blue book), so the price was not a big deal in the end. Plus, we had done our research and this was the only model in the city (and within 200 miles) with all of the accessories that we wanted. We will definitely return and recommend Driver's Way and Anthony Hardin to our friends and family! Thanks for a great, fun, and relaxing experience! More

We have purchased six cars from Driver's Way over the last 20 years and all vehicles have been top notch.In one instance, when we asked for a particular car, we were informed that DW would be going to an last 20 years and all vehicles have been top notch.In one instance, when we asked for a particular car, we were informed that DW would be going to an auto auction where there would be three of those cars and would let us know as soon as they brought them back. When the DW salesman called us after the auction, he said the cars did not meet their standards and therefore DW did not purchase the cars. They placed a higher priority on the value to the customer instead of a sale. Driver's Way is the only place where this family will purchase cars. More
