I was very impressed with Joe Coogan. I didn't know what to expect with Drivers Way. I just needed a certain price for my Jeep, and a car payment that I could afford. Joe knew that I needed a certain car payment that I had agreed on with my husband, and he went back and forth and did EVERYTHING he could to reach that payment, and he did!
