The sales staff was great to work with but after we agreed on a deal, the finance portion of the deal was bad. First we had to wait for over an hour. Then when all of the paperwork was completed, I wa agreed on a deal, the finance portion of the deal was bad. First we had to wait for over an hour. Then when all of the paperwork was completed, I was ready to write a check for the purchase price. I asked them to hold the check for a day and a half because I was transferring money from a savings account to my checking account. They said they could not do that. I offered to put 15% down via a debit card transaction and showed them my savings account balance which over 2.5 times the cost of the vehicle - they said no to that suggestion. I called my savings bank and transferred the required amount on speaker phone so they could hear that the amount would be available on the day I requested. The finance employee then asked the manager if the down payment and holding the check a day and a half would be OK and he said no. So I ended up putting 15% down on a credit card to hold the car and had to return on the day when I had the funds with a cashier's check for the outstanding amount. It cost me a 90 mile round trip to return to the dealer to pick up the car. I have purchased many cars during my life and I have never had this happen before. In fact, I had the dealers asking me to take the car home even though the full amount was not immediately available because they trusted that I would pay. If I would have been buying the car for myself (I was buying it for my daughter), I would have left the car on the lot and looked elsewhere. I have to say that the failure to trust me was insulting. This is what a used car shopping experience should always be like. I felt no pressure to buy, I felt no pressure to rush while testing the vehicle. Nobody tried to upsell me any kind of extra service...and on and on....After driving from Stuart, Florida to Orlando, Florida to see at least 7 trucks, and each visit turning progressively worst, almost at the end of the day I decided to give this Winter Park dealer a shot. First of all, "winter" in Florida? That was going to be either a good sign or a really bad one. It turned out to surpass my expectations in the most brilliant way. My salesman, Elvis, was open, knowledgeable, and not afraid to ask questions related to the truck. He was not a know-it-all and his Zen-like approach to explaining things was a welcome respite. We took it for a drive, no rush. We put some air in the tires, no rush. We drove back and I mentioned two items that needed fixing (I was going to negotiate...) and he said they would be fixed before I took the truck. Ah, yes...negotiating...There is none! You see, you like, you buy. And if something needs attention, they will fix it before you take the car. I sat down for 15 minutes waiting on the finance guy. You all know the story...lots of mumble jumble while they stick you with fees! This time? Sorry, but my story will disappoint: No hassle, no upselling, no crazy numbers! Jaime rocked! We had the paperwork and tag in hand within 10 minutes! I left the truck for them to fix it and then THEY had to wait for me! I did not have a ride from Orlando and finally got to the dealer around 6pm. And guess what? Elvis was waiting for me before he went home for the day. It turns out that the manager had gone himself to get the parts needed. I am sorry but I did not get his name. Like I said, do not take my word for it but, go pay them a visit and ask for Elvis and then come to this site and tell us your experience. And yes, you have my permission to call me a liar in public if your experience is not as satisfying as mine. Like I said, word of a United States Navy Corpsman: Go see them, I got you. More

Ryan was amazing , he was hands on the entire time . He was the one who greeted me at the door not knowing he had already reached out .
