6k in non optional dealer fees sucks plain and simple its a tough pill to swallow. Now at least they are useful feature, but the lowjack no thanks, the interior package i can live without. But 6k man that a tough pill to swallow. Now at least they are useful feature, but the lowjack no thanks, the interior package i can live without. But 6k man thats mf crazy. on top of that I had to get a warrenty so a car that essentially should of been 40k turns into 51k real quick. Now that you have the bad heres the good, Daniel and danny were good and wanted to make a deal so they were very prompt and sharp. More
BUYER BEWARE / Bait and Switch Scheme: Drive's Auto Mart advertises vehicles at very attractive prices. However, after they get done adding numerous fees, expenses, extras, etc., the price becomes not Mart advertises vehicles at very attractive prices. However, after they get done adding numerous fees, expenses, extras, etc., the price becomes not so attractive. For example: Driver's Auto Mart was advertising a 2018 Toyota Corolla SE (86,959 miles) on their website and Autotrader.com for $14,045. I contacted one of their sales people and said I would like to purchase the car at the offered price. They emailed me a written quote for $21,831.57 which is 55% higher than the advertised price. When I questioned the sales manager about the change in price, she replied in email stating “Because we are priced #1 in market, against other cars of the same make, year, and mileage in all 50 states, the fees associated in the mentioned line account for reconditioning and prep in order to get the vehicle road ready and will not be negotiated out of the deal. We remain firm on the pricing we have sent to you and have made our best offer.” Anyone can be "#1 in market" if they advertised their prices 55% below the final sale price. On top of their deceptive advertising practices, their customer service is atrocious. I emailed the sales manager, GM and owner (all who are listed on their website). Not one cared enough to send a reply or acknowledge my email. I recommend any who is considering buying a vehicle go to a reputable dealership and pay a little more to be treated a little better. Save yourself the time and aggravation and shop elsewhere. More
I went to buy a jeep, that I have wanted since I moved to Florida almost 32 years ago. John was awesome. The finance team was awesome. The whole experience was long but wasn't horrible. We all worked toge to Florida almost 32 years ago. John was awesome. The finance team was awesome. The whole experience was long but wasn't horrible. We all worked together and came up with a reasonable solution. I drove off the lot with my dream Jeep and I couldn't be happier. More
The salesman was prompt to help. Showed us the car we came to see. Didn't like it so he took us through the lot and settled on the one we purchased.
