Once they got my money, they were done - NEVER AGAIN! The only reason it's 1 star is because the sales associate, Nina, was ok to work with. I live out of state & purchased a 2015 Tahoe. Buying the vehi The only reason it's 1 star is because the sales associate, Nina, was ok to work with. I live out of state & purchased a 2015 Tahoe. Buying the vehicles was an easy painless experience. Nina took pictures and a video walk around of the vehicle and sent them to me b/c I am out of state. Dealing with the finance department was a fairly good experience as well. But once everything was finalized, they didn't want anything to do with me. I had to call back/email several times to get temporary tags since they were not included when the vehicle was delivered to me. The state I live in requires a title in hand to register the vehicle. I'm aware that I should not get a title since I financed part of the purchase. I now realize that it's my job to contact the bank that has my loan and request the title be sent to me. It took over a month and a half of me calling repeated times to actually speak to someone that had any knowledge of this. I'm past the 30 days allowed to register my vehicle and must pay a penalty once I receive the title. The lack of response and plain disrespect from the employees at this dealership is unreal. I called just today and was transferred to someone in finance and when I mentioned I had an issue that I needed to get resolved, I was hung up on. And the majority of the time I was transferred to someone, it just rang and then said the mailbox was full so I was unable to leave a voicemail. I honestly don't know how they are able to stay in business but I will NEVER work with this "dealership" again. More

BEWARE - don't sell them your car without buying one We sold them our car based on them telling us we could receive payment in 2-5 days. Go to CarMax or anyone else if you want to sell your car. More

I asked for a new quote to be sent to me and discovered the price was higher than advertised. When I called and questioned the manager, I was told it was probably a mistake and it should not have been advertised at that price and they would not honor the advertised price. More

Great Reputable Dealership I was online searching for a new vehicle and stumbled across Driver's Auto Mart. I visited the dealership a few days later to inquire about a vehicle I was online searching for a new vehicle and stumbled across Driver's Auto Mart. I visited the dealership a few days later to inquire about a vehicle that I saw on their website. I spoke with Dwarn Troutman, a very forthright guy might I add, who showed me a handful of vehicles, went over the vehicle specifications, and answered any questions that I had pertaining to the vehicles of choice. Honestly, I totally forgot about the car that prompted me to stop by the dealership in the first place. I was completely indecisive as to what type of car I wanted. My engine went out in my car, and I wasn't prepared to purchase a new vehicle. Nevertheless, Dwarn assured me that he can get me in the vehicle of my choice, gave me his card, and advised me to come back in when I was ready to do business. I thought about whether it was cost effective to buy a new engine or purchase a new car; I went with the latter. I initially scheduled an appointment with Dwarn for Wednesday as he already advised me that he wasn't going to be available on Thursday, but I wasn't able to make it in and went in on Thursday. I was contacted by Darrell, a salesman of Driver's Auto Mart, prior to going back by the Dealership who advised me that he will be the one assisting me with my purchase. At this point, my mind was made up on the vehicle type. I was in a rental for a month and had gotten attached to the car, lol. Initially, there were difficulties getting me in to the car as I was only using a 2 wks income as a down payment. I was approved for other vehicles, but stubborn as I am, I wanted the car that I set my mind to. Mabel and Charlie Gracia worked diligently to get me in the car of my choice. They stayed after their normal closing time and Darrell, after his normal shift, to assure that I drove off in that car. Needless to say, I did. Dwarn followed up with me several times during the approval process. Although I wrote a passage, there are still not enough words to express my overall satisfaction with the service I received from Driver's Auto Mart. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Driver's Auto Mart! Each and every one of you ROCK! More
