Drive Time? Yes Please!! When my car quit working I had to have one right away for work. I had submitted my info on their website thinking, yeah right I'm approved. After When my car quit working I had to have one right away for work. I had submitted my info on their website thinking, yeah right I'm approved. After filling it out it did say I was approved. So the next day I received a call from them and I told them I plan on coming in. Before I went there I went to another dealership and was treated like a money bag. A salesman already waiting for me to get out of the car like a lion coming after its prey. Once I was inside there were other customers there. They pretty much treated their customers like cattle and kept all of us in a lobby until we were called. This was repeated several times and after many hours I decided to leave and go to Drive Time. Upon arrival at Drive Time I was greeted once I walked in and was set up with a rep to go over my info. The salesman went over my info and I answered a few more questions and was also asked what I would like in a car. He did tell me I was approved and he wanted me to have a seat in their comfortable lobby which had drinks, popcorn, and a TV. Even while he was gathering car info of cars that fit my needs, he updated me several times. All the other employees were very helpful and courteous making sure I didn't need anything. My Sales person greeted me and said he had chosen a few vehicles that fit my needs and if there were any other cars I saw that I liked to let him know and they would get me the info on the car. After going through a few cars I met my future car and we went for a test drive. After doing the test drive we headed back inside and I waited in the lobby and was updated several times as before. Once all the info was gathered he went over the terms and payment needed to drive the car I chose off the lot. I put down a small deposit so the vehicle was removed from their inventory and planned on coming in the next day with the rest of my down payment. The next morning I headed back into their office and once inside everyone greeted me like I was family. Paperwork was gathered while I was waiting in their comfortable waiting room and was also offered coffee. Once all info was gathered we went over the payments and other info that is required before leaving and signed paperwork. My Salesman and I also went together to check all the systems in the car to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. After signing everything they washed my car and did their standard procedure for fuel and I was handed the keys. I will always go with Drive Time now due to being treated like family. Also for not being treated like a money bag/cattle. Corporate also followed up with me to make sure I was happy and their staff was professional. So if you want a positive experience and to be treated as customers should be go to Drive Time! More
