When I first came in a few months ago the representative (Michael) was thorough and efficient. I came in today, Michael remembered my face and name and I was referred to another representative named, James. Once again an amazing experience and I feel content with my selection of car company and vehicle. Even Taryn was amazing as she completed my title and tag paperwork. I definitely will recommend Drivetime of Stone Mountain to everyone I speak with and/or come in contact with. More

lengthy process The overall process was okay I thought it was a little bit lengthy with the paperwork waiting around the test drive was too short it needs to be a hig The overall process was okay I thought it was a little bit lengthy with the paperwork waiting around the test drive was too short it needs to be a highway test drive so you can really get a feel of the car your about to purchase A 2 mile test drive just doesn't cut it. If they find a way shorten the waiting around and the paperwork and make the test drive to include the highway the service would be great. More
I give this location an OK overall rating. The thing that really disappointed me was that they talk about this great 5-day return policy but they don't really like to honor it. I haven't had to purchase a car in over 12 years and selected DT for that return policy. I purchased something that I liked but it was not a good drive so I returned it. I was told I had to walk off the lot that same day with a replacement vehicle or start the entire verification process all over again. I settled on a sedan that I knew I would not be happy in but it was the best option at that time to not have to start all over again. They knew before I left the lot that I would be returning the vehicle. However, when I took it back, they did not want to place me in the vehicle they allowed me to test drive. I was made to take the same unwanted sedan home and come back the next day. The next day I went and was made to wait forever to get the sedan backed out and the new vehicle put in the system. I had hoped this would have been as easy as the advertisements said but it wasn't. Granted, I am self employed but the process could use some improvement. They also kill a lot of trees with the amount of paperwork they give you. They could stand for some updated technology where you can sign a signature pad and have the final documents emailed to your preferred email account. More
