Coming in we were 15 minutes late and was welcomed. We tried to get a vehicle that was cheaper eventhough we were advised from expert experience by the manager that it wouldn't be a wise investment. Then he passed us to Charity Prater who was patient, out our needs and wants ahead of making a sell. She even got us a cheaper quote on insurance and while talking to the rep she got us an extra few dollar discount. Every dollar counts right. Great part about this experience is it was smooth. Much better than expected. One thing I noticed is how Charity new a customer was waiting while finishing us, she went to greet the customer. Very nice place and kind respectful employees. I highly recommend and specifically Charity as your sells rep. More
