This is specifically targeting DAVID. I am a repeat customer of Drive Time. DAVID was the name of the individual who handled my trade-in transaction. I was pressured and basically led lik I am a repeat customer of Drive Time. DAVID was the name of the individual who handled my trade-in transaction. I was pressured and basically led like a small child into giving a 'review' while still in the middle of the process of purchasing my vehicle. The whole experience was OK, however, today, just two days later I called to ask for a copy of the documents that I signed and was told by DAVID that he 'could NOT' provide copies of the documentation that I signed. The file I was given did NOT contain copies of signed copies of the contract, which I greatly need in order to request a refund from the New Mexico MVD in order to request a refund for the registration I had purchased for the vehicle that I traded in. He was USELESS. I called back and spoke to another representative and lo and behold, they emailed those docs to me right away. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, DAVID. Ever HEARD of it??? More
