Liars!!! We applied online. We were approved for a car up to $17,000. They called us and congratulated us on being approved. We let them know we had $650 for a We applied online. We have a program that will work with you. So we made an appointment to go down there. We called a cab to get there . once we got there they pulled up our application and they told us we needed $1000 down after they told us on the phone that $650 would work. We asked to talk to the person we spoke with on the phone and they said no one by that name worked there. So I asked for a manager. The manager said that who ever called from the online application should have not given them the promise of $650. So we left and called them and asked for the person who we talked to from the online application and they said he was not in the office but earlier they said he didn't work there. So we had to walk 2 miles to another car dealership because they are liars. Don't believe any pricing they tell you over the phone. You need atleast $1000 down. More

DriveTime is pretty awesome I was turned down everywhere I went because I have a loan still in my name already and they wanted paid off everything in an auto loan... Went to Drive Time and ran into Mo I was approved on the spot but I didn't have anyone to pay for my other car loan which I was screwed on for 14000 on a 07 Cobalt... So I left with no new vehicle... My sister was getting get licence and needed a car said she would take over my payments... So I went back and met Brittany do hilarious and entertaining... I walked out with a 12 Cruze and love it!!!! Thank u guys More

Wait Time My husband and I went to your store previously to look at buying a vehicle,, We were told that a lease would be the cheapest route for us to choose an My husband and I went to your store previously to look at buying a vehicle,, We were told that a lease would be the cheapest route for us to choose and were quoted $1000 down and then we got our money. i called and scheduled an appointment with Erica on Tuesday for 10 am. We arrived and were greeted immediately. Erica then took us out to veiw the lease vehicles.The first one didn't start and the second one was ok. We test drove helping uthe vehicle and then we started on the paperwork. Erica came and told us that is would be $1168.91 down for the vehicle when we were first informed it would be $1000. We sat there from 10 am until after 1 pm for us to sign a contract for the lease. I kept asking here how much longer to which she would reply a few more minutes. I think that over 3 hours is a little excessive for a wait time to print out a contract and sign. I am in no way saying that they weren't friendly or congenial but would you like to sit there all that time watching your person be on the phone, etc. while you are waiting? We really appreciate your company helping us and your people in Phoenix are excellent! More
