Excellent Experience My experience with Drive Time actually began over the internet. After seeing a TV commercial, I went to the internet to locate a dealership near me, n My experience with Drive Time actually began over the internet. After seeing a TV commercial, I went to the internet to locate a dealership near me, next I was able to view all available vehicles at my closest dealership (which was awesome AND accurate), because of this I made the trip to the Myrtle Beach location where I was greeted by the friendly face of Greg C. who happily accommodated me in the freezing cold by eagerly obtaining keys to the multiple vehicles I looked at. There was no pressure at all from Greg C. Just a genuine desire to really help me and to do so quickly and completely. He was very knowledgeable of all products offered. I made a total of 3 trips to the dealership and each time I was received by a friendly, helpful staff member. Norm also helped me on one occasion and it made no difference that I had begun my process with Greg C. He was equally helpful as was the manager, Travis, that I met on both occasions. After my first visit I received a phone call from both Greg and Travis just to thank me for my visit and I hadn't even purchased my vehicle yet! They really worked with me to find the perfect car to best meet my needs and today and I the very happy owner of a GREAT car! I absolutely recommend not just Drive Time, but the Myrtle Beach location!! More
