Very friendly, but high interest rate. The sales/finance personnel were friendly throughout the entire transaction. My only drawback was that you could not remove their powertrain warranty The sales/finance personnel were friendly throughout the entire transaction. My only drawback was that you could not remove their powertrain warranty and maintain a 5 year loan, which skyrockets your payments. The truck started vibrating a few days after the purchase, I'm sure they weren't aware but we'll have to see how the motor mount repair goes to see how well they follow through on their 30 day warranty. I would recommend to a friend if that goes smoothly. More
