Fantastic customer service! I was recommended and I was a little worried, but the staff at DriveTime at I-North in Jackson, MS was fantastic. I have witnessed and been served wit I was recommended and I was a little worried, but the staff at DriveTime at I-North in Jackson, MS was fantastic. I have witnessed and been served with horrible CSRs, but this team deserves 5 (big) stars! My entire experience was wonderful! Sam and Nicole knows exactly what they are doing - KUDOS! I want to thank DriveTime staff for making this major purchase painless. I was born and raised in Jackson, MS and I never get tired of great hospitality!
