I was extremely pleased with his service, although later he had to pass me off to a salesperson Justin. I was able to find the right car and ready to finalize. Here's where the wait came in. It took quite a while to get to the finalized paperwork but Kory did his best to get me out as soon as he could so I appreciated that. More

After visiting several other dealerships, mostly After visiting several other dealerships, mostly "buy here pay here" places, looking for a fairly new car with low mileage but at an affordable pric After visiting several other dealerships, mostly "buy here pay here" places, looking for a fairly new car with low mileage but at an affordable price my wife and I had become a little discouraged. We had found a car that, while not what we necessarily what we wanted, fit our needs, had low mileage, was great on gas, and had a price tag that wasn't inflated. It wasn't until we started the loan process that we were told that we would be approved but we would have to more than double the down payment we came prepared to make. Needless to say we didn't pursue buying that car after that. Although that was a let down it was the last dealership we visited before going to DriveTime. We heard about DriveTime and decided to look them up online. The car selection wasn't what I expected for a used car dealer. They had a broad selection and the website was set up in such a way that it was easy to find not only what I wanted but what I could afford. We saw a few vehicles that we were interested in so with a "nothing to lose" attitude we clicked the "get financed" button to see what would happened. After a couple minutes we got an approval message that showed us the amount we qualified for. I won't lie, after being let down at other places I was definitely skeptical of the amount that I saw. However, we set the appointment to visit the dealership in person anyway just to see what would happen. After a long drive to get there I was pleasantly surprised when I wasn't hounded by any salesmen as soon as I got out of the car. We took a moment to stretch our legs a bit and walked around the lot looking at the selection and looking for the cars we were interested in. We were greeted warmly when we entered the office and helped immediately. Justin explained exactly how DriveTime worked and took all our information. He left to finish processing our information but when he returned he was accompanied by Kory, the Sales Manager. Kory was very upbeat and friendly. He asked about our wants as well as our needs in a car and asked if there was a specific car we were interested in. After discussing it for a few minutes he said that he could help us and would show us several cars that he believed would work for what we wanted. All of the vehicles that we looked at were nice but when we got to the 08' Dodge Avenger that we originally seen online and knew that it could be ours we had test drive it. I was sold after being behind the wheel but it wasn't meant for us to have that car. After talking to Kory and running some more numbers we were not only able to get a way better interest rate, but also were able to get into an even newer Avenger, a 2012 to be exact. We never dreamed that after leaving one dealership that wanted us to more than double our down payment to get into a used car, we would be able to go into another dealership with the same down payment and leave with the keys to a practically new car. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit and purchase with DriveTime. The customer service call that I received the day after making the purchase was just the icing on the cake. I would recommend DriveTime to anyone regardless of their credit or financial status. I really feel like anyone that works can find something at Drivetime that will meet their needs. More
