HAPPY DIFFICULT CUSTOMER!!! I came in to DT not really wanting to go though the whole car buying process, as it can be very draining experience. I started looking online and was I came in to DT not really wanting to go though the whole car buying process, as it can be very draining experience. I started looking online and was surprised DT had each 4 vehicles I was interested. When I called to start this; what I thought was going to be a mission impossible, I was greeted by Laura. Laura, was very pleasant, helpful, and not your typical annoying sales agent. Laura took her time and explained the entire process with no questions being left unanswered. I seen the CARS I wanted and though they where not at the same lot; she went an got them. I was able to test drive each car without driving all around town!! I was so thankful. When I was ready to buy after about a week Laura called and I told her my decision she had the car ready and all the paper work as well. I came in after work and was in and out. Laura made this a exceptional experience and it was unlike any other car purchase before! I highly recommend the AltaMere location and Laura!!! More

They made it easy! I was already a DT customer, and it was really a pleasant experience. I knew what SUV I wanted they made it happen.
