My Experience I am grateful for drive time they said yes when others did not. However I was there almost 6 hrs. I was not told that the warranty gap auto draft payments where optional therfore the next day I had to go back to remove some things off ...the next day waited about another 3 hours ...when I wanted to take one option off they advise me more money would need to be paid for down payment! Love the vehicle but they need to work on the wait time and giving customers the full details. More

Second time around My car was totaled. I didn't know my "GAP" insurance was actually just a way for drivetime to keep me as a customer. They would only write off what my My car was totaled. They would only write off what my insurance company didn't pay if i bought another car from them of course they told me i could get it with no money down. Then i found out there was a short list of what i could buy with the no money down. So basically because of a car accident i was forced to buy a car from drivetime and given very limited options on what i could buy. Something about all that doesn't seem right to me. More

Cecil is the man that helped me from the start! and then then i believe the GM, John. they were friendly and everything was actually a lot quicker than i thought it would be! but i was overall impressed and i am definitely recommending this place to people i know!
