Cecil is the man that helped me from the start! and then then i believe the GM, John. they were friendly and everything was actually a lot quicker than i thought it would be! but i was overall impressed and i am definitely recommending this place to people i know! Drive Time has a great system and great employees to go with it! More

I had a few electrical issues with the first vehicle I purchased and as promised I was able to bring it back and trade it for another car. They were willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure I drive away happy. If you go make sure you speak with Melvin, Tyrone, Natalie and John. They helped me every step of the way. Thank you Drive Time!! More

However, they need to be more attentive to the time that they have their customers sitting and waiting. I had my vehicle picked out and financing selected in under an hour. After that though, time stood still and I did not leave the dealership until 3.5 hours later, Yes, that's right, over 4.5 hours in a dealership. Normally I would have walked out the door. but had no vehicle to make the 2.5 hour drive home in. They gave me an extra 1/4 tank of gas for my inconvenience. I was pleased with the car, I liked Llloyd my sales rep, and would have been glowing about this had I not had to wait 4.5 hours. My suggestion to anyone going her is bring lunch, and dinner. My suggestion to management is pay more attention to the time your customer is there. anything over 2 hours should get immediately escalated and taken care of. More

They made me feel comfortable in their place of business and treated me like a person and not a "SALE". Great job guys! Thanks Again, Proud new owner of a Chevy Impala :) "COCO" More

My old car was becoming increasingly more expensive and tedious to repair. While I had already expended $5,500 on major repairs (engine, transmission, power steering, electric window, alignment) more repairs were necessary. Repairs were still required to the air conditioning system, another electric window, brakes, and windshield. Having survived an aortic aneurysm in Jan, '13 my credit was decimated. Having been unable to work and earn as I had previously I had little to spend on another auto. I had also gained custody of my 4 year old grandson and some of the repairs were absolutely necessary except they were financially prohibitive. Thus, the smart decision was to trade the car and upgrade. I was given several choices and allowed to make my own decision without any pressure what so ever. Great experience. More

Lloyd was a patient and detailed person, who put our desires ahd needs as a priority. He was detailed and nice. While I find the financing quite undesirable, and will go to one of my credit unions, Lloyd kept his focus on our wants and needs. He is a perfect candidate for management as I see leadership skills in him. More
