People great card xxxxty Llyold was awesome he put me in a car fast however when we did the test drive it wasn't long enough drive for me to really get a feel for the car and Llyold was awesome he put me in a car fast however when we did the test drive it wasn't long enough drive for me to really get a feel for the car and it was through a residential area....I admit my credit isn't the best and I was desperate for transportation due to work however I wish I would have stopped around, after I sold my car to them and sign off on the paper work I was inform the car had 2 recalls....okay that's nothing right however when I go for the recalls the chevorlet dealership informed of a hose leak....again I thought they wanted money our of me so I blew it off...pep boys informed me all I needed was an oil change...mine you this was in a week that I brought the car....fast forward a month into the relationship with my car the brakes start to xxxx up and fast forward more months pep boys tells me I do have a hose leak and my insurance will not cover it and it's 400+ dollars to fix....so now I have to deal with that on top of a 400 dollar payment every month, I know I gave the ace a high rate however if you do not the website will not post your comment... I will not refer drive time to NO ONE!!! BETTER OFF GETTING A CAR OFF CRAIGSLIST! More

I can check E as an answer for non of the above. I worked with Mr. Daniel Holmes and I will say I couldn't have asked for a better guy to purchase my car from. They asked me the type of car I was interested I. And gave me a choice of 5 different vehicles in my liking. There were nunneries time just from our conversation that I forgot I was even buying a car. They have OUTSTANDING customer service. Most dealerships come for your pockets as soon as you get in but not at DRIVETIME the last and final thing was the Down payment which was exactly what I was told it would be. No games no surprises. My Experience I am grateful for drive time they said yes when others did not. However I was there almost 6 hrs. The wait was extremely long and my sales agent wa I am grateful for drive time they said yes when others did not. However I was there almost 6 hrs. The wait was extremely long and my sales agent was all over the place. You can only help one person at a time. I was not told that the warranty gap auto draft payments where optional therfore the next day I had to go back to remove some things off ...the next day waited about another 3 hours ...when I wanted to take one option off they advise me more money would need to be paid for down payment! Love the vehicle but they need to work on the wait time and giving customers the full details. More
Second time around My car was totaled. I didn't know my "GAP" insurance was actually just a way for drivetime to keep me as a customer. They would only write off what my My car was totaled. I didn't know my "GAP" insurance was actually just a way for drivetime to keep me as a customer. They would only write off what my insurance company didn't pay if i bought another car from them of course they told me i could get it with no money down. Then i found out there was a short list of what i could buy with the no money down. So basically because of a car accident i was forced to buy a car from drivetime and given very limited options on what i could buy. Something about all that doesn't seem right to me. More
