We just happened to stop by the Greenwood dealership in our search and met with Zachery Ellis. He was very helpful and showed us 5 or 6 different trucks. We just happened onto a very nice used truck that was pre-owned with just what we wanted. Zach was able to work with his manager and get us in the truck we wanted at a price we could agree upon. Not a happy camper Where to start! First off they did not even come close to the amount of payment I said I could afford! Then they tried to push me into making a deci Where to start! First off they did not even come close to the amount of payment I said I could afford! Then they tried to push me into making a decision. My car needed an oil change, new wipers and a new battery in the first week that I owned it! And the second week I had to get a new valve cover! I never got the spare key that I was told I could get. I was told a week later that I would have to come on Tuesday and sit at the dealership to wait on the key guy to come in. I have a full time job and sitting and waiting on the key guy to show up is not an option! I love my car but am disappointed in the dealership and the things I have already had to do to my car within the first two weeks of owning my car! There is no way I should have had to do all of this in the first two weeks! Do proper checks of your cars before you sell them! More
